About these terms

Appatchy (appatchy.com) is run by Pixor UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Belziger Str. 69–71, 10823 Berlin, Germany. By creating an account or using the tools you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.

Your account

• Each account is for one person. Keep access to your email address secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Free tools, plans and limits

• Free tools have usage limits (for example, scripts per day), and free videos carry a small “Made with Appatchy” mark.
• UGC videos use credits: your plan's monthly credits, then any extra credits you add. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time under Manage billing on the Account page; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Unused monthly credits don't carry over. Extra credits you buy don't expire while your account exists.
• Right of withdrawal: credits are digital content. At checkout you ask for them to be provided right away and confirm that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once they're added to your account.
• We may change limits, or pause generation if costs or abuse require it.

Your content

• You keep the rights to what you add (links, descriptions, screenshots, recordings) and to the videos and scripts made for you.
• You give us permission to store and process your content, including sending it to our AI providers, only to run the service for you.
• Only add content you have the right to use, such as your own app's screenshots and listing.

AI-generated content

• Scripts, presenters, voices and images are made by AI. They can be wrong or odd. Check everything before you publish it, and make sure claims about your app are true.
• UGC videos show AI-generated people. Don't present them as real customers or real testimonials, and follow the AI-content rules of the platforms where you post.

What you can't do

• Use Appatchy for anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate real people or brands you don't represent.
• Get around limits, for example with multiple accounts or automated requests, or try to break the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

The service

We work to keep Appatchy running well, but provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, from using it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Changes and law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email. These terms are governed by the law of Germany. Questions: privacy@appatchy.com.
